Hugo is a Data and AI expert, with over 14 years of experience building innovative solutions for customers and businesses.
After starting his career in the startup sector, where he worked on personalized recommendations for e-commerce, he joined a banking group to help set up the DataLab and AI Factory.
In 2023, Hugo was appointed Head of the AI Factory at Decathlon Digital where he aims to accelerate the industrialization of data and AI solutions for business domains. Thanks to his expertise in DataOps and MLOps, he is working to implement practices and tools to ensure the quality and speed of AI models in production, while working hand-in-hand with business line in the construction of target solutions.
Hugo is passionate about the possibilities offered by data and AI and is convinced that these technologies have a crucial role to play in the digital transformation of companies. He is constantly looking for new trends and best practices to help his client and teams to stay at the top level.
