Alicia has over 13 years of experience in FMCG focusing in fulfilling consumer needs. She has worked in Marketing both for local and international brands developing brand equity, redefining strategies, and approaching consumers with new solutions. She is a passionate learner and an early adopter who loves new technologies. In the past four years she had the opportunity to lead the digital and e-commerce strategy for the Consumer and Craftsmen Adhesives division at Henkel and boosted in the process her curiosity, digital knowledge and sales negotiating skills. She is a huge fan of test and learn and she is results oriented. She loves teamwork and she strongly encourages people to explore and grow.
